Hello! I’m Christopher Palazzo, a freshmen majoring in mechanical engineering. My journey in this field has been an extraordinary blend of technical proficiency and a strong emphasis on collaboration. Through organizations I have run or been a part of, I’ve learned that communication is key to achieving impactful outcomes. Beyond work, I’m passionate about music, snowboarding, and learning new things. You’ll always either catch me working on my current projects or pursuing hobbies with friends!

During my internship at SDP/SI, I developed a machine tending solution with the use of modern robotics. Using vision and force sensors, the system was able to run autonomously.

Jazz Drumming
For me, music has always been a way for me to calm and relax my mind. To pursue this love, I have been playing jazz drums for almost 7 years. I also love to play indie, rock, and funk!

Robotics was a huge part of my high school career as I was my school’s FIRST Robotics team captain for three years. I was able to learn vital technical and leadership skills.
