Charlie Garland

Hello! My name is Charlie Garland. I am a Junior Engineering Sciences - Mechanical Major at Yale University from Rye, NY. I am very passionate about automotive engineering and related fields. At Yale, I am a mechanical lead for the Bulldogs Racing team, which competes in the all electric division of Formula SAE racing. I spent my high school summers working as a mechanic and am thrilled to return to General Motors this coming summer as an engineering intern. I cannot wait to apply lessons from the more traditional Yale engineering curriculum to mechanical design projects in this course.
